"This is always the most pleasant, efficient, and organized store. They are always helpful - even during the busy holiday season. Amber really took the time to help me track down a package today. She was so kind and patient. Glad this is my neighborhood UPS store!"

"Such a scam. Do not go here unless you want to spend twice as much to send something UPS. They don’t even sell a manila envelope. They make you buy a four dollar envelope to mail a piece of paper. They don’t let you use corporate accounts. They try and package it for you For an obscene amount of money. The only valuable thing you can do here is bring in a completely ready package and they will give you the UPS price for it."

"I walked into UPS on Sept 12 around 12-1pm and handled over my pre-paid Rent the Runway package to a woman at the counter. I said it’s just a quick return and left. I should’ve stayed to watch them scan it because like the other reviews here - I learned this week, that my package was never scanned and no one knows where it is. I’m now in an open case with Rent the Runway and can’t use their service until this is solved. Very disappointed this UPS location doesn’t do their jobs properly."

"For UPS services they're fine, but don't waste your time bringing in outgoing USPS priority mail packages. In spite of the store's website assuring you they provide all USPS services. whether they accept them or not is up to the whims of the staffer at the counter. Last week a USPS package was happily accepted. This week their unpublished policy is to not take them subject to vague limitations."
