"I walked over a mile in the bitter cold and wind to the ups store in the basement of the Hilton just to find them closed even though the website said open! So I walked to this location and the nicest guy worker helped me with 3 Amazon returns! Patient, kind and super friendly! Turned a miserable situation into a pleasant one! She so graciously waived the fee to print a shipping label as I did not have time to do it at home, which I greatly appreciate.
