"I wish I could leave 0 stars. We own a condo in Aurora and our HOA retained this company to collect a bill that the HOA came up with after our insurance company denied their claims. Stuff is Ruth and unprofessional. They are not responding to phone calls or emails and threaten you with letters. After that they try to charge you for those letters! Stay away from these people, they do not deserve to practice law!"
"If there were such a thing as a -star, that would be my choice. I was having issues with my HOA. It just so happened that they retain this law firm. My attorney reached out to Mr. W. xyorz over 23 times trying to communicate with him. He literally IGNORED all but 2-3 of the emails. All of them as vague as professionally allowed. Their strategy of ignoring attorneys' emails, phone calls may not be breaking the law, but it surely falls under the umbrella on being unethical. My opinion of them is that they certainly rise to the level of incompetence. PLEASEDO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. THEY DO NOT DESERVE TO PRACTICE LAW!"
"My experience with this law firm was horrible. Adding insult to injury, today Thursday, February 10, 2022, was the worse. I'd sent the law firm weeks ago a payment snail mail. Only to find out they had not received my payment in full. To my dismay, I'd been given the wrong address and accused of not writing it down correctly, after, once again, verifying if the said address was correct. The collector tried to get me to pay the financial obligation via their website. I'm not so trusting after been shown the establishment is sloppy when doing business! So! I selected to resend the money today via snail mail again. I've worked collections and found that most people are willing to pay when consideration is given for their current situation(s) . Something this law firm/collection agency straddles the fence on imposing. Yet, they aren't the worse when it comes to legally handling HOA affairs. After the death of my mom, the stresses of handling her complicated estate and the social complications of COVID, I'm glad to finally have funds to pay my account in full. It could have been worse but it could have been a whole lot better had the person handling my account took the time to give good to excellent customer service."
"I wish I could give negative stars.... horrible customer service. They are very inconsiderate. Set up an agreement with Tom. Signed paperwork and as soon as the amount agreed to was paid all of a sudden there was a new balance and I needed to be paid immediately. When asked where this came from he said that the math must have been wrong on the paperwork signed and this was not his problem. The service is questionable. Horrible horrible service!"
"I had a standing agreement with TOM and instead of following through with a phone call as promised, I received a letter in the mail that cost $55. As a business professional myself, when you say that you are going to do something it is only right that you follow through. At the end of the day, money is money... but good character and integrity is invaluable."
