"I was checking homeowners insurance prices online and then apparently I was signed up for a account on a home that I didn't even own at this time posted on my bill. When I emailed Olivia said she fixed the issue but now they are contact me again asking for more information. They will not remove this bill even though the home owner had the home/her home insured at this time I will fight this no matter ehst. It's absolutely ridiculous! it wasn't my home I just wanted an estimate. This may ruin my credit for my first time ever. Be very cautious. I would not use this company!"

"These guys are awful! They put in my old property address and information for new insurance at a new property. What a nightmare that was! They are terrible about responding. Now said insurance is not renewing us and I can't even get a return email from anyone at It's Covered! At least they are kind enough to mark the email as read so at least I know they received it, but that's about it! :("
