"I find a lien on my property from an account that was paid off entirely 2 years prior. Now supposedly there was a $350+ balance that was never paid. But they have plenty of notes saying I’d pay the balance. Yet I paid the account off. Oh and they are not a collection agency….comical. Employee is no longer there but her supposed notes are. Pure pure pure corruption."

"Unbelievable. They called me the beginning of September to say I overpaid and they needed to send me a check. The woman I spoke with Janet, she said they owed me $507. Great. They claim they mailed a check September 10th. I have been calling every week since then because I have not received anything. Today I called and got to speak to the wonderful Janet again, she has the personality of a spatula. And she claims they don’t owe me anything and she never told me that. Absolute trash customer service and integrity."
