"The place was disgusting we got up to our room and the room was filthy. The linens had huge burns in them they were crusty as well. There was some tarry substance on the nightstand that had slightly been cleaned the whole feel of the room was unnerving will not go back."

"Terrible service. I had booked and called to make sure they would take my ID through coloradogov app as I’m awaiting mine in the mail. I also made sure to let them know I would be taking a taxi, so an extra cost on my part. I was just doing my due diligence and was promised that everything would be accepted. They informed me to print out my ID and everything would be fine and acceptable. After arriving they declined me and a refund. Sketchy business. Not to be trusted at all"

"We booked a reservation at days inn because the price seemed great. I looked thru the entire site they had on Booking .com three times, I sent the property messages, confirming the spa hot tub was open, asking if i could get a room with a bathtub. And was there a deposit. I did see they said no cash. We booked late in the day and got and answer about the bathtub but no response to other questions. So we wnt to check in, and the first problem was they didn't have a room with a bathtub, in spite of answering they idi. The next issue was the swimming pool and spa are out of order and have been for quite some time. Nit only that they have no plans to get them working in the foreseeable future. The last straw was they want a minimum deposit of $100. , and they do not accept cash, they also did mention it takes approx 3 to 4 weeks to be refunded the deposit. I actually am grateful we were like $3.00 short of $100.00 because of another deposit that was slow in being refunded, so the card declined, and the only thing the lady at the desk could say in very clear English was no deposit no room no cash no cancelations no refund. So they kept the money for the room and would not let us stay would not even considere a refund period. Even with inaccurate info on the web site, no consideration at all. They have by the way changed and updated the site to show deposit required but not that there is no pool or hot tub. Land very few bathtubs in their rooms. So I highly do not recommend this place at all it's a scam and they don't care at all."

"Negatives: definitely worst hotel, I ever stayed in. Overpriced for what you get. Shabby , run down and dirty room in incredible disrepair including leaky faces, lights not working, cigarettes smoke smell in the room , stains on carpets , burn holes in bead spreads. Positives : pleasant staff at the check in desk , close to the airport, no bed bugs."

"I booked a 2 night stay at this hotel through Expedia and was not supposed to pay until I had arrived. However, my card was ran that morning at 6 am. When we got here to check in, they was down hot water and asked to still pay 100 deposit. We are going on almost 24 hours of no hot water to shower. Then been asking to talk with a manager to get a discount on this room we keep getting a run around on when they are to be here."
