"This lawyer accepted my case in December 2019 when I broke my ankle outside my condo in September but after 4 months it seems he has not done anything to pursue any sort of settlement for my claim. I had to constantly reach out to him for a follow up. He would rarely respond for months. Early on he found out that was on medicaid, it seemed he was not interested after this in pursuing my case because he said he couldn't take any percentage of that.
