"Facing the court system in America can be a daunting task for anyone, especially those who are innocent of crimes that they have nevertheless been accused of. I had the unfortunate circumstance of dealing with a severely overzealous Aurora police officer, something I'm sure many have sadly had to deal with (nationwide), and ended up being given a completely false charge simply because I got in an argument with this officer. He of course didn't charge me with "arguing with a police officer" so he came up with a BS one instead.
