"Came here for years but newer owner was rude. First, as another review mentioned, waited too long for her to have personal conversations with a customer. Then, after paying for a package to be mailed, I checked my receipt and saw that it was for the wrong package. When I brought it to her attention she said loudly, "I wish you had caught this sooner because now I have to give you a discount!" (How is it my responsibility to catch your mistake BEFORE I have a receipt?) After printing my new receipt she said, again, loudly so other customers could hear, " I gave you a dollar 49 back because it was a different amount. Don't worry, WE'LL just EAT it." Gee, so sorry I inconvenienced you by being overcharged. Won't happen again because I can get faster and cheaper service nearby without the rudeness. I totally get it that mistakes happen, especially during a busy time of year, but blaming the customer instead of apologizing is how you lose business."

"The people that work here are the nicest people I ever did business with! Kind and knowledgeable!! I was a few cents short to make copies and they didn't want to charge me.. I ended up finding change at the bottom of my purse and paid! I will always do my business here! Thanks!"

"Yeah the people who work here are incredibly rude. The large lady at the counter spent near 10 minutes having a personal conversation before she moved on to help the next person in line. The store was reasonably busy and the only other employee didn't seem to speak English nor want to help out at all. By the time the large lady working decided to move on and help the next people in line, she was rude and condescending to everyone, and refused to make any eye contact. She tried to charge me $20 for a small piece of tape and rolled her eyes when I asked a question. Honestly I will never be back here and I suggest people wanting actual service go somewhere else :D"
