"I had written a sour review for this store after I got a pizza that had looked to have been dropped at least once. On that I know it was likely DoorDash. The store was busy so I sent an email. They responded by offering me two free pizzas. I live alone so I just took one, and unlike when dominos or Pizza Hut replace an order papa John’s did NOT charge me a delivery fee or tip. So papa John’s replaced my pizza for free free. Not $10-$15 ‘free’ like the other places. After being disappointed with the last pizza, the one they sent for free was some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. Thank you papa John’s and special thanks to Anthony for making everything right."

"We ordered a 4 topping large. The crust was excellent, the pie was cooked perfectly. However, the toppings were so scarce that it was easy to take a bite with nothing but crust and cheese to chew on. For what we paid, it was a rip off. Not happy, at all!!"

"DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Covid/Sickness exposure!!! Their phone number online was bringing us to somebody's personal phone number so I went in to order. After I ordered my food I sat down on the bench that they had. There was an employee sitting next to me at a small table folding boxes for food to go into. He kept coughing and rubbing his face and his hair and touching the boxes. He was visibly sick and miserable! He was not wearing a mask and none of the employees are wearing gloves or washing hands while handling food after handling the cash drawer. I asked the lady if the guy was sick and she said "he has a little tickle in his throat "I asked her again is he sick and she replied "yes that's why we have him folding boxes." I told her that he's coughing all over them and they are going to make a lot of people sick. She said under her breath "Hope you got insurance." I asked her what did you say and she said she didn't say anything. I requested my money back. Her name is Shawnda and the other sick guys name is Anthony. I will never go here again!"
