"Absolutely awful communication and customer service. I won’t be ordering here again. Received texts that my food was on the way, ten minutes after that I received texts stating the driver was in my neighborhood and would there in moments. 20 minutes later it hadn’t arrived. When I called the store I was lied to, and told the food “was only out of the store for 10 minutes” and the “original driver had car trouble, so another had to get the order and complete the delivery.” When I called them on the lies they became rude and asked “what I wanted them to do about it?”"
"Ordered an extra large buffalo chicken pizza which is supposed to have buffalo sauce on it. It came without buffalo sauce, no big deal so I called them back. I told him about it and he said he'd get another pizza out. After about an hour (longer than the 30 minutes it took to arrive the first time), It still wasn't here and I called back. The guy said he would look into it and that's it. Another hour later and it's still not here. I'm done with Domino's man, they're so bad about forgetting hot sauce, I don't know if it's this location or what but I swear 80% of the time they end up forgetting. Which up till now has been only mildly annoying because they usually send out a replacement pizza. But this time I guess I'm just not getting one also, I mean come on a buffalo chicken pizza without the actual buffalo part of it is just the chicken pizza with regular cheese. The entire purpose is gone. Guess I'll get Little Caesars or something else from now on."
