"Placed a pretty large order. However, one of our pizzas was not OK. I honestly looked and tasted as if it had been sitting out all night. There was no way it was fresh, or was definitely way overcooked. It was hard to even buy into. Even comparing directly with the other pizzas we had ordered, this one was definitely not fresh. Called the Store only to have the associate accuse me of wanting free pizza. The manager told me it wasn’t his problem if the pizza isn’t good. The situation was handled terribly. I would recommend another Domino’s location, or pizza place altogether. The cost of food nowadays is often not worth the quality of the food, and as a whole, definitely not worth the service. I’ve read a lot of the previously posted comments on how terrible the staff/management is. How can the owner allow this to continue?"

"The worst customer service ever! I had a mix up with our order today 11/10 and when I called I explained what happened to hopefully come to a resolution. I was put on hold someone picked up the phone and told me to contact corporate because there is nothing they can do. I asked who I was speaking to and he said I don't need to give you my name and hung up. I called back to say we were disconnected and he again said he wouldn't give me his name and that he wouldn't help me. Just order from somewhere else."

"Got the $19.99 deal for 2 medium pizzas, parmesan bread bites, 2L soda, and cinnamon bread twists. There were in fact bread twists, but they were not the correct dessert we ordered, featuring no cinnamon, but instead we got PARMESAN bread twists..with the icing cup for cinnamon bread twists.. so basically 2 apps.. Interesting combo, and tasty I'm sure, if you're a delinquent. Perhaps this store should stop hiring pan-handlers from the nearest busy intersection and expect them to know how to make food."
