Domino's Pizza

"It took almost a hour in a half for our pizza to arrive last time we ordered . This time we ordered they waited 30 minutes after my pizza was done to call and tell me they didn’t have everything I ordered .. as well as not being able to refund me for the item or give me a discount for this current order. Usually I’m understanding but they just seem like they don’t care to do their jobs timely and efficiently , especially after reading other comments left."

"Don't order here if you want your food on time and no issues. I've ordered here numerous times and it always takes over an hour. Then they don't ever want to take accountability for THEIR mistakes. How to fulfill a larger order AFTER the fact a small order already went through, then push the smaller order aside and say "welp sorry". Then order today and I get it your short staff, but to make excuses and cop and attitude with the customer who's wondering why does the order say completed and I have no food delivered and all you say is "welp, sorry he's an older guy and we only have one driver". That still doesn't explain as to where my food went. I did receive it eventually, but its completely unprofessional. I've had more issues than just these 2. But these 2 are recent. Honestly the whole entire store needs an employee makeover."

"For most of y'all, be blessed these dudes can deliver. The store is right clean and the lobby is pretty small with no real place to sit. However, the older dude manning the register is respectful waaay more than Domino's deserves. Made sure I got my order in and made it clear the wait time. Saw me waiting a little later and encouraged to expedite my order so I can, "give those feet a rest." Awesome dude. Now here is the problem; The location of this store is pretty sketchy with the homeless. On my way back to eat my baked sandwich I was bombarded by a couple homeless grunts, knocked down and had my food taken. I eventually went back with friends a few days later and tried again. Food was pretty good, but won't do that again in that area."

"Terrible delivery experience. Pizza arrived jumbled up and on top of itself. After pulling the pieces apart the integrity of the pizza was terrible. Contacted corporate for a refund."

"I ordered pick up. I was ignored while I waited for my pizza that was already in the front warmer for about 10 min. They let a twenty something homeless guy sleep in the corner of the small lobby. I don’t think restaurants should allow homeless to sleep just feet away from the kitchen where they prepare food. This grossed me out."
