"I paid with card and when the girl dropped it off she didn’t knock and just put the pizza in the floor and the food was cold because it was just sitting there outside and since this girl didn’t knock no one knew the food was dropped off such a bad service in my opinion."
"Ordered 2 large pizzas, 3 garlic sauces, 1 order of Cajun fries and 1 chocolate chip cookie. Ordered it as delivery. First delivery time was 5:47, then it was changed to 6:30 and the food finally was delivered at 6:45. The Cajun fries were cold, the pizzas were room temperature, none of the garlic sauce was included. It was the worst pizza hut order I have ever received. Spending $72.00 for 2 pizzas, an order of fries and a cookie seems quite excessive especially based on what was delivered. Between the delivery fee and the tip this meal was extremely over priced. I called the store and asked to speak to the Manager and was forwarded to a line in Pittsburg. I have been a pizza hut customer for 50 years, seriously considering giving up on pizza hut and finding a new Pizza company! Very disappointed customer! I did not want to give any stars at all but had to pick at least 1 star in order to post this."
"Nasty pizza. Old and cold when it was finally delivered. Rewards points did not work for the wings I got. Probably live less than a mile away and it took close to 90 mins. So glad I tipped 20%. Never eating at pizza hut again. Also looks like he took a pepperoni for himself"
"Update 01/07/2023: thought I'd give this place another chance as there weren't many other delivery options for the time I ordered. Paid $2 extra for pan crust and instead got dry hand tossed and a poorly constructed pizza, again. Don't waste your money, tombstone frozen pizza is better. Breadsticks had 0 seasoning and half the pizza had slices that were more crust than actual pizza because of the bubbles that formed I guess? Such a waste of money."
