"I've never actually dropped off a vehicle there, but from my encounters with Lance I can't say anything good. Quoted me an enormous amout of $$ just to change out some gears in my Jeep. Always insist on quoting the most ridiculous high prices for parts (and charging). He acted like I couldn't possibly know what I'm talking about, then when I aked him several basic questions about Jeep axles he was clueless to what I was asking.There are plenty of other better mechanics in town where you don't have wander through a juncked out shop to get to the office, and you will get actual customer service. Dont bother."
