"They hired a tow company to tow away any visitor vehicle if not parked in the visitor spot. And even then crow tow will still tow away. late at night tow away your visitor's car,if you live there and have a sticker . They still tow you off. The apartment complex has a horrible package pirate problem."

"DO NOT LIVE HERE NO MATTER WHAT. Please read full review!!!! Don not be fooled!!!!!! There are better places. Management is an absolute nightmare so run for hills. I have pictures as proof. They dont check credit scores or really care about rental history and we were so happy to find this place, HOWEVER Living at Clover Hills has been an absolute nightmare. When we saw they worked with Crow Tow we were hesitant but again we had no choice. First the lease, it's extremely long and absolves swift properties of any fault FOR ANYTHING even if it is no ones fault. They have general clauses in lease so look out for that. There's a reason they work with Crow Tow; a highly well known towing company with predatory practices. They dont allow you to do a walk through before signing the lease, they painted over damages within i the unit( see pictures) celings creaks REALLY badly and loudly. It sounds like a herd walking around but there's not much you can do. If anyone takes a shower the water heater bangs really loudly afterwards and it can be heard from inside your unit. There's no hot water while showering and if it does come on it last for maybe 10-15 minutes and takes at least 1.5 hours for it to get hot again. There is absolutely no sound proofing so you can hear others conversations, tv if its playing loudly amoung other things. There's no insulation so when its cold you will be running your heater. It was so bad that we had to use space heaters in combination with the heat it's self so your light and gas bill has the potential to be high at the same time costing more money. You will be better off going somewhere else i want to help someone avoid the same things."

"Nice apartments has some issues though. It floods when it rains hard washer and/or dryer is either broken or eats the money. Don't care if a person just got a vehicle and it gets towed away the next day or later that night or just having someone visit for 15 minutes. Won't expect payments if u just had a baby and on leave. Would like them to work those issues."

"While the manager is very nice, the place is not very safe. It floods, as well. Be sure to have renters insurance. The rules about dogs are really great. They're trying to keep it clean. Tenants can be rude and no consequences. The carpet is dark enough that it doesn't set you up for failure. The two bedroom is nicely laid out and convenient."

"Highly subsidized living. That doesn't make it bad, or the people living there not worthy of a decent home. However the Management is very slow and inept. Issues of health and well being are ignored and usually preceded with hollow threats of eviction. Residents typically will live in silence , than risk the possibility of losing a place to live. That is completely wrong, unacceptable , and inexcusable."
