"I'm a frequent traveler and Diamond status with Hilton. Never in my travels have a seen such an inconvenient outlet! In today's world, everyone needs outlets next to the bed to charge. The only option on my side of the bed was underneath and behind the nightstand, which was attached to the wall. The photo shows what we had to deal with. Unacceptable. The air conditioning also could not decide if it wanted to be loud or quiet. The staff was great and location is conveniently close to Jordan Creek."

"The pool area is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I seen 10+ kids and our football coach slip and fall on the tile in the pool area. The hotel put a rubber mat down by the hot tub but that’s exactly where our coach fell. I’m shocked I haven’t seen more people talking about this."

"Modern clean comfortable rooms. The king room with wet bar is nicely designed. Friendly front desk and breakfast staff. Bed very comfortable. Most type V construction, like this one, transmits noise from above. Hope no late night/early morning guests above. I would stay here again and request floor 5 if available."

"Amazing stay; the bed was one of the comfiest beds I have ever slept in, and the pillows were even better! The room was very clean, and the shower was wonderful; I forgot to take a photo. It was a walk-in shower, and the shampoo and conditioner was in bottles in the shower and was terrific. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, with activities nearby, such as a ton of restaurants, the Jordan Creek Mall, and only fifteen minutes from downtown. I would highly recommend staying here!"

"There was dirt all over the walls and on the bathroom floor when I stayed here and the TV didn't work, but the rest of the room was fine. The staff was friendly and recognized me by name when I went to check out in the morning. It's in a great location close to plenty of food places and the mall, so it's convenient. It's nothing fancy, but it's good for a cheaper hotel in a good location. The staff was kind so they might have sent housekeeping in to help if I had asked, but my stay was very short (just needed a place to sleep) so it was unnecessary."
