"SCAMMERS This company took my application money and proceeded to tell me after I had given them my money that there are no apartments available. She told me they never received my money even though she received my application which had the money with it. Dont waste your time with this company. The lady Val Mcphee is stealing people money and keeping it for herself. If I knew how to get ahold of the owner I would be calling him. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS LADY. SHE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY"

"We’ve now lived here at Carriage Park for going on four years, and have commented positively once before. Today, Hammer and Dalton put in a new washing machine for us. They were both extremely nice and professional. Very hard workers! I only called a week ago about this and it was taken care of within 72 hours! This is a brand new washing machine I’m talking about! Ten stars for Carriage Park Apartments, and it’s staff. Also want to recognize Val for her lovely and courteous demeanor, and very helpful attitude."

"I toured the place in November and decided to apply for an apartment. I was approved and gave them my deposit. Flash forward, two months later, it’s the week I’m supposed to move in and they call me and say a pipe burst and they won’t have my apartment ready in time but they have another apartment I can move into. So I say that’s fine and they tell me I can move in on Friday. I make all of the arrangements for my electric and internet and everything and then a day later I got an email saying they had another pipe burst and no longer had an apartment available for me. They didn’t even bother to call me! When I called them I spoke to the owner who just complained about their maintenance man not getting their work done. I asked if the apartment could be fixed in the next couple of weeks before my current lease is up and the owner just said no and to find a new place to live. Very unhelpful and not sympathetic at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Not worth the stress. I consider it a blessing in disguise that I will not be living there."

"Let's start by listing the only two positives about this place. One if you have a cat they don't charge pet fees or a deposit. Many of us had cats and didn't pay anything to have them. Second is manager doesn't know how to renew leases so you won't be under a lease or get a rent increase. Many of us were not on a lease. Many of the garages are rented to people that haven't lived their in years and some are rented to actual businesses (lawn service) which have 3 garages and take up about 8 parking spaces during the day. Very hard for a resident to find parking. The pool belongs to the cook compound and they have all their relatives that don't live their to enjoy the pool. Best to go after 5. Several residents are allowed to smoke and drink in the pool while small children are around. It almost feels like a trailer park. You won't see manager or maintenance man around much. Two weeks before we left our vent fell from the ceiling and upon returning it we noticed the vent covered in black mold. Turned out that all of them had mold to include the duct work as well. This would explain why we were chronically sick the whole time we rented their. Windows are horrible and saving in pet fees will in turn go to the huge electric bill you will get each month. You will never be able to dust enough. We had dust inside our cupboards. Several broke down vehicles to include the managers moms ride siting broke. Manager and Maintenance are family and very lazy. This is the worst place to live. I would avoid this place."
