She worked with me through every step of the process from budgeting issues to room selection and setup, meal planning, ideas for entertainment and right through execution of the meeting. Fay, the banquet and facilities manager, ensured that our meals and room setup and management were done to perfection. Each member of the staff who took care of the room setup, technical support and the inevitable unexpected issues did so with professionalism and care. "Extremely clean and quiet hotel. large pool, spa, nice gym, very clean, well stocked with towels, pools had crystal clear water. This place is very well maintained everything was so clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The state fair was going on and it was still such a quiet hotel. I was in the end room right next to the elevator and I never heard anyone get off the elevator all night. Very impressed."
