"Promised to replace appliances, carpets and windows I signed the lease and when I entered my apartment it was still dirty and nothing was done. My entire lease no promises were fulfilled. there’s bugs, cruddy air conditioners and people steal all the mail in the insecure mail room. NOTHING gets addressed. This place has done nearly nothing to help me with any of this and it’s effected my mental health this entire year. DO NOT live here. God forbid don’t get mail there or expect anything. i’ve had rocks thrown at my car unavailable parking MORE damage to my car from the garbage bin gate. My mail has been stolen for Christmas and a million other things are wrong with this place. good luck if you move here. UPDATE found out today multiple people in the complex are being stolen from and the management has done nothing for any of them including myself."

"My move in was easy and stress free. The apartment is updated and looks beautiful. They are older apartments but the maintenance and the office staff are always friendly they are quick to respond to any issue. I love it here and have recommended this place to my friends."
