"The first 2 years was good. The past year (my 3rd year) has gone down hill especially over past 7 months. I have a neighbor below me who purchased gaming system and speakers. Now all I hear is bass sounds 24/7, even when I am trying to sleep. There have been times he shook the floor and items on the fireplace mantel. There are times he would leave his home around 5:45am(give or take) and leave the sound going (very annoying). Yes, I have spoken to the person below me 5 times and got nowhere as he would just give me an excuse (I have my headphones on). I have emailed many times to Gulling property management and also, got nowhere. I have spoken to my land lord whom is also on the HOA at Silver Oaks Condos) and the same, got nowhere. They seem to do not care to follow their own rules that are in place to keep the place in good spirts. I have sleep deprivation now because of the constant bass sounds and a loud ringing in 1 ear. This is pretty much Harassment at this point."
"Would give zero if allowed. Maintenance takes one to two months to get to you for anything. you cannot get a hold of anyone in the office it’ll take about 5 to 6 calls. Don’t worry about assigned parking people will park where they want."
"Jennifer the property manager isn’t much help. She doesn’t offer solutions. They only take your money and per their RULES they do not bend them even in situations with dealing with a family funeral I had to move back home. She states they would charge 4 months rent up front on top of keeping my security deposit. I spoke with a lawyer who deals with real estate and told me that they’re just money hungry because due to my situation they could have kept the security deposit and rented the unit to another individual. I even had 3 people I know who needed a place to stay that was ready to move in but Jennifer stayed I wasn’t able to sublease my unit when everyone at Silver Oaks rents their apartment out for other people. I asked each person when trying to find the office for my keys each person was renting their unit for someone else to stay in, all of them which was Caucasian. So that made me feel the employees and everyone who works for the company is Racist & Unprofessional. So now I’m about to pay on a payment plan to try to avoid an eviction for over 5k while they still keep my security deposit!"
"Looking for a new home long distance can be very daunting. Considering a place to call "home" in site-unseen terms is super scary. We got lucky....Roxanne was the gal who helped us thru the entire leasing process and she answered so many questions for us thru many phone calls, emails and texts. All the official paperwork was an electronic breeze and the tenant dashboard made long-distance payments easy. She was so very patient, thoughtful, and was reassuring throughout the process. I highly recommend this team of professionals!"
"The only reason I am giving this a one star rating is because I have to, if I could I wouldn't leave a star at all. I lived here for over 2 years, the first year wasn't too bad. The place was nice enough and things worked fine, the management staff was at least friendly. When we moved in there were scuff marks all over the kitchen walls, you could tell they hadn't been painted in a while and that the carpet wasn't exactly new, which really wasn't that big of a deal at the time, until we went to move out and they billed us for the carpet. The second year however, things were awful. The office staff was rude and would never return phone calls let alone answer the phone. They offer upgrades when you renew your lease, which didn't happen. My sister applied to live with me and no one ever called her back to let her know if she was approved or not nor would anyone return any of her phone calls when she called about it, they just said they never received them. When trying to renew my lease again no one got back to me and then again when moving out no one returned my email to get the cleaning list which was supposed to be sent with my notice to vacate. Overall it was the worst experience I've had in dealing with a rental company, the office staff never actually knew what was going on, over and over again they said they'd have to give me a call back and never did. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone."
