We've lived here since October 2015 and I've got to say this is by far the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. Within the past two years we've had ZERO complaints. The staff takes pride in their property and is always updating and making the place home. Plus, it's right next to 235 so easy access to anywhere in the metro yet still secluded and quiet. "This will be my third year here. It has come a long way. I enjoy the pride they take in their property and tenants . We have an updated apartment and I think it looks nice and cozy. The master bedroom is a really good size. The only thing I wished there was is central air. But there are 2 window units available in the apartments. I love that they are pet friendly too."

"Lived with family at Woodland Place Apartments on a year lease from October 2013 till September 2014. We rented an apartment on third floor and one garage. The good thing about the business it is small: just two apartments buildings, one garages complex, a playground and a large parking lot. There are just about 60 apartments total. The management personnel live there with families and it is easy to obtain necessary help and support. The owner is a very kind person and he does the best to meet his tenants needs. We have requested to replace all carpets with laminate in our apartment and it was done! The apartments located within WDM District schools and Crossroads Elementary School is right across the street. Most of tenants who live in Woodland Place Apts are families with children. It is a really nice apartments to rent and I will recommend Woodland Place Apartments as a good choice."
