"Outdated appliances, the building smells like cigarette smoke, there’s always large rocks in the parking lot, it’s supposed to be a locked building but the lock is broken…oh and it’s dirty, but hey, at least we have a dog park!"

"Unfortunately it won't let me leave 0 stars. I lived there almost 3 years.This place is ridiculous. No one on site. No amenities! Communication is zero. They have an answering service that "screens their calls for callbacks" is what they told me. It's hit or miss if/when they call you back or return emails. They nickel and dime ya to death. When I left there were only 2 units occupied on my floor. 1 has been empty almost a year...what does that tell ya! Please don't rent here."

"I lived In bldg 220 from 2018 to 2022. BBK when they where owned prior where fantastic. When Hubble Realty purchased Sunrise Meadows all when straight to hell. I saw continual price hike in rent as well as being charged for a slew of Nickel and dime charges. Like water, electric, sewer, administrative billing fee. Cops over on the regular. Failing heating unit. For anyone looking. Look elsewhere! There are a plethora of options In West Des Moines. Also for a complex that has no office on site, no pool, no club house, Gym etc.. They sure all arrogant enough to charge between 960 to 1500 a month. You can live at Polo Club, Renew Jordan Creek, Wellington for that price."
