"When I lived here I aways had problems with management not being in the office. Nothing ever seemed too get done. Apartment was out dated for whats in the area and for what you are paying."
"Haven't provided a mail key in over 40 days after several requests. Even after 24 hours of refusing to pay rent I still don't even receive a follow up call and get charged a late fee regardless."
"The management's office hours are extremely limited and the maintenance of the outdoor hallways is terrible. The areas are filled with bird droppings/poop, dried leaves, and dust, especially during rainy season it smells worst. When questioned about it, the management claimed they are not responsible for maintaining the outdoors. In that case, who should be taking care of the common areas when we are charged $35 for maintenance? Maintenance requests are not being attended to promptly. I raised a request days ago, but no one has come to address the issue yet. Today, my garage door is locked and my car is trapped inside the garage. I tried calling the emergency maintenance number multiple times, but nobody is answering. It makes me question the purpose of having emergency maintenance numbers listed on the website and move-in instructions. Apartment is good and clean while move-in with some minor problems which is common. Raised the maintenance requests but yet to be addressed. My overall experience is reasonable not so great about the response rate on the maintenance requests and outdoor maintenance. It will be a better place if the issues are addressed and well maintained."
"I want to start out by saying I wish I could leave a no star review. Please save yourself stress and the hassle with the management and moving here. Me and my partner viewed show units and were immediately sold because how nice we thought they were. Come to move in day we were given a unit that reeked of cigarettes so bad it gave me a headache just walking through and found cigarette ash on the bathroom floor. Disgusting! It was apparently cleaned already. Told the office manager our concerns and a said they’d fix it. Nothing they said they did was done except the carpet being replaced. I’m in healthcare and cannot smell like that going to work. It still smells like smoke. According to the management the unit was cleaned twice, yet there’s still try blood on the alarm system in my unit which they refuse to clean so I have to. It’s disgusting and unfortunately we paid our prorated rent and have less than a few days to move because they have been “making changes” to the unit when this should have been done before our move in date 1 week in a half ago. We don’t have to finances to find a new place or have time due to move out date of our current place or we would have immediately found a different complex. Please save yourself from here."
"Office hours are very limited. They are only open 3 days a week. Sometimes, no one will be in the office when the office should be open. Management is not helpful. They have canceled or ignored multiple maintanence requests that we put in. We are required to pay an extra $35 every month for facilities fee and they did not inform us when we signed the lease. Management lady is always smoking by the corridor and talking on the phone loudly. Management will see this review and tells us to email them, however, the emails we sent are usually ignored, unless it is something that involves $$$."
