"I've been living at fetherstone for like 2 years now it's a alright place the reason why I put 2!stars is BCS these apts are only good if your short on money or like if your moving out of your mom's house but like always there comes challenges like the people you always see the cops or people fighting it gets anoying after a while but I would say not to really talk to anyone or to keep to yourself BCS they will be all in your business"

"Do not recommend this place at all I have been living here for well over four years and this is the worst that it has ever been. I have a oven that I can't even freaking use that's been down for well over a week and a half now and frankly still nothing. The maintenance person came to my house knocked on my door jangled some keys and then walked right back away without realizing that I was upstairs listening to her. I would not suggest living here. The office is rarely ever open . They're open for 4 hours out of a day seriously. I wish I could tell my patients that I can only do stuff for 4 hours out of a day"

"I have lived here for only a couple of months, and I’m already forced to move out under the living conditions. I’m only leaving this review to help someone out of the trouble I went through. The building I live in is flooded with rodents. I’ve woke up multiple times to mice eating things in my room, leaving feces on my couch, etc. The whole foundation of my building is full of open holes for them to reside in. When I complained I was told maintenance filled the wholes and pest control came to resolve the issue, which I don’t believe was true. Please do your research before coming to live here."

"I am living in here 3+ years on f block. My microwave is out since last 4 months. We let management know about it. We talk to them every other week. They promise to replace it but never did that. You can imagine how frustrating is it. I would like to give 0 star but I did 3 stars coz 2017 and 2018 management was very professional and were very timely. We Have very poor management this time. Please help fix my microwave. I would give 5 stars for doing that."

"I have been at Featherstone for about 4 months now and while I will say, no place is 100% perfect, it has been a pretty decent place. I think the only thing that concerns me is because of the type of apartments they are, people are constantly coming into the units to inspect one thing or another and I don't really care for that and then when I went in to sign my lease, I was not told by the person that previously worked there that I would be paying gas as well with my rent which made my bills slightly more than I planned on and then there were issues with my unit that she said would be fixed and never were. She obviously no longer works there. All in all, I think so far it is a pretty decent place to rent for the price and I think Lindsay in the office is a very understanding person and really tries to work with you if needed. We'll have to see what summer brings?!"
