"The carpet and the tile floor in the room were sticky and couldn't walk without shoes. The shower had mildew and was so bad in need of cleaning that it was a must to use flip flops to take a shower. The window lock was broken. Staff did help with something for the window and mopped at least the tile floor the 2nd day, so it was no longer sticky on the tile. The outside was just littered in trash and animal excrement. The pool/hot tub was shut down by the health department and couldn't be used. Did have a decent breakfast and was quiet with a decent location for what I needed. They charge per each dog after the fact. It ended up costing as much as somewhere really nice every night. Wish I hadn't stayed in this particular establishment."

"On a cleanliness rating only, the room gets a 2. The place is shabby and needs updated. The entire hallway coming from elevator to room smells like urine. I'm sitting here now in a nonrefundable room debating leaving and finding a different hotel for the night. Not a lot of food choices nearby either."

"If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would. I have been a loyal choice member for years, this is by far the worst choice hotel that I have stayed in. We reserved a room for state wrestling, I was double charged like everyone else who has stayed here. I've been contacting them and they said I would be refunded in 2-3 days. The room we stayed in smelled horrible, the sheets were dirty and the hallway stinks super bad. The bathroom has mold in the celling, towels smelled like wet dog. Horrible stay, I wouldn't even recommended this hotel to my worst enemy."

"This hotel was a terrible experience. The hotel was $258 for 2 nights plus the $100 deposit. They took $358 out of our account. And called us at 7am the morning we were going to check out claiming all they got was $124 from us and that we still owed $133. Called our bank and confirmed they did indeed take the $358 out of our account. We have been called and harassed multiple times since we checked out with them saying we still owe them the $133. Not to mention half of the lights in the room did not work and the toilet would not flush. There was a jetted tub in the room and two knobs on the back were off and nothing but dirt and grime was on there. It was definitely not worth the money we paid and I would 10/10 recommend that nobody stays at this hotel. The customer service sucks and they are clearly trying to get more money out of us."

"We had issues with check In. Our room was paid but not showing paid. Had to call priceline to get fixed. Our deposit was charged twice. So we had $221 taken out of our account. The cable wouldn't stau on and was hard to use. The fire alarm went off at 6 am. Hot tub was older but did its job. We had to call our bank to dispute their system taking out an extra $121. Room was nice but charging stations barely charged our phones. Breakfast was good and the breakfast worker was a nice friendly guy. I usually don't leave e bad reviews but I've never had this any issues with a hotel. Our service e dig was the $21 charge. Service animals shouldn't be charged according to ADA."
