"Love it here! Super cute and quite place to live. Everything is nicely updated and management is great to work with. Downfalls are the parking and washers and driers are in the basement. Otherwise I feel very safe living here and they are extremely animal friendly and affordable."
"Pretty cute apartment. Nice updated appliances and pretty good turn around for any maintenance. I needed maintenance called when my front door fell off the hinges and wouldn't shut in the summer. (Old building and the wood warped) the maintenance team was out within 10minutes. Never had any issues after that. I will say they just updated all the apartments at The Carberry so there were growing pains such as my electrical would have some issues but once I called they fixed asap and never had any issues after that. Biggest downfall: PARKING All on street. The neighborhood is decent but on 39th st where a lot of the overflow parking goes to there is a very sketchy apartment building. Many times at night there will be spots close to that building and I will opt for parking two blocks away to keep a good distance. There have been times when I come home at night and had to park on the north side of California Street. I would have to walk 4 blocks to get home at night. I haven't been through a winter here yet... That will be interesting. Just get good at parallel parking if you chose to live here. *Edit* I've lived here since April 2016. Survived the winter and the crazy parking. Still love it. No major issues really. Signing another lease too."
