"Maintenance at this apartment has several safety issues when it comes to snow or ice. The apartment Maintenance man does not get out till around 11:00.This creates safety issues loading and unloading as well as older individuals not being able to even take there dogs out to go to the restroom. This apartment has several older people and some handicapped people how are they going to be able to get out the sidewalk is never salted early either and sometimes never.What and when will these issues be dealt with so the people in this apartment are not stuck in there homes until 11:00 or never if they have a smowday?"
"I lived here 2 years it has snowed at least 7 inches it’s almost 12 pm and still haven’t shoveled there are many elderly people here how are they supposed to get out ?"

"I've lived here 5 1/2 yrs..i have never lived in a better place! Bug free, drug dealer free, no problems of any kind tolerated. Our manager is fair , however she has had to give notice to several. And that's how you keep the trouble makers out. Great manager, very kind but no nonsense. Top place to live !"
