"My roommate and I have lived at Highclere for just about two years now, and we have no hesitation about signing a third year lease. The vaulted ceilings, fireplace, and large patio are incredible, and well worth all the stair climbing. (Hey, it’s exercise, right?) Julia was extremely helpful during the leasing process, especially considering we moved in during the spring of 2020. She worked with us to make sure that we were able to lease the exact apartment we wanted, and helped iron out any hiccups with leasing requirements. Maintenance has been great, and one of our favorite cherry-on-top things has been the incentive to renew our lease early. Last year, we were able to choose from an updated thermostat, new vanity cabinets, carpet cleaning, and I believe one other option. Highly recommend!"

"It will be 1 year living here just sign a least for another year. We love it here. I feel like we are in the country. Have seen a wild turkey walk by our patio twice. The apartment is just right. I love the layout its very comfortable Living on the first floor is very convenient for me. All the staff has been wonderful. Very nice neighbors around us"

"My fiancé and I moved her last year, and it was a lot better than either of us could have imagined. All of our neighbors are friendly, management is kind and funny, and the location and buildings are beautiful. A complete difference from our other apartments. My favorite part is that it feels secluded with the landscape surrounding it, but is just a couple minute drive from groceries stores. Needless to say, we renewed our lease!"

"I have lived here for almost a year now and just renewed my lease. I love it here. Julia is friendly, professional, and super responsive. Anytime I have needed any assistance it has been taken care of quickly. The apartments are spacious, clean, and safe. My unit is very quiet, I hardly ever hear my neighbors and if I do it is only their foot steps. These apartments are quite nice compared to other apartments in the area that are fair priced. I would suggest Highclere to anyone who is looking to move into an apartment. A few of my favorite things are the vaulted ceilings, the open layout, and the storage. I only have two minor issues, there is a key code to get into the apartments and I wish there was one on the visitor side of the building so they don't have to walk around the building/I don't have to always go unlock the door for them. I also wish they allowed dogs, but I understand the policy. Overall, this place is one of the best apartments you'll find in the area in my opinion."

"I have been living at Highclere Apartments for a Year. Coming from living in a home, to living in an Apartments is a different transition. Highclere staff has been great of any questions I have or any maintenance issues which I haven't had. Highclere is a great location to interstate and shopping. Have seen a few wildlife while living here. Looking forward to using the pool this summer as well. Quite area at most."
