"Scamming Low income families by deliberately hiding visitor parking g signs and paying someone to call in vehicles that park in their lot visiting their tenants. $212 tow charge. Was only 10 mins before my car was towed. Becca was very rude and doesn't care. Tow truck driver told me the visitor parking sign has been down for as long as he can remember. (His words)"

"Don't know how anyone could rent here. How do u get ahold of someone to rent a place. I knew some people on waiting list and they never move up or can talk to anyone. They don't return calls even if u ask them when you leave a message."

"This place isn't maintained very well internally they cut corners so you have to keep on them especially the new maintenance kid. High turn over with their maintenance which is 2 part time/on call guys. Management is poor and they will get on you for putting a garbage bag outside when your trying to clean but let another Tennant over load their patio with garbage clutter and other bs. That same home smells like cat piss from the out side WITH THEIR DOORS AND WINDOWS CLOSED! Yet nothing is ever done about it."
