"RITA IS A QUEEN. SHE IS AN AMAZING EMPLOYEE. I HAD A REALLY HARD DAY AND I drive a dump truck. I came in to get some ice on August 10, 2022 about 2 o’clock in the afternoon she was working. I came into the store went to the bathroom put my purse up on the hook and was trying to get back to work and left out of the store. And my dump truck did not work I had been sitting out there waiting for service to come by to help me get my truck started again. In the meanwhile because of everything I totally didn’t even realize I left my purse in the bathroom. Rita went in I’m guessing to use the bathroom or someone brought it out I’m not sure regardless she collected my purse and as I came frantically in the store and I asked her if my purse was there she said yes she was just getting ready to look up to see if she could find a way to contact me. She returned my purse with everything in it so kindly and also she was very supportive of me having my truck down for that moment in the parking lot She is an honest employee, she is amazing, she is nice, she is definitely an asset to anyone’s business. I extremely appreciate her and appreciate the opportunity to be able to meet such a great person."

"I am a shell rewards member, this location is near my home. Everytime I stop here there is an issue. Today's issue: the only pump with premium gas would not take any of my cards I couldn't even get them into the reader. Being pressed for time I went in I got an attitude from the person standing behind the bullet proof gas. 1st she tells me I have to bend the card a little to get it past the cover that keeps out road dirt. I say no she gets a tad hostile and says I am just telling you what's worked for others. I can charge your card if you dont get that much gas the money will be refunded to your card. As of right now 3 and a half hours later it has not been refunded. After paying them $40 on my card I then went out to put gas in my car. The pump was extremely slow and took forever to put 35.50 in gas in my car. With the attitude from the cashier, the slowness of the pump and the general vibe around the place I won't be back. I do love the shell product in my hybrid and I only use premium gas in it for a reason, but google will show me where the next closest shell station is and I will start going there. In the 7 years I have lives near this gas station the only thing they have ever given me whenever there is an issue is attitude and grief. I am done with this location. I will trade convience for customer service and buy my gas at another shell. If I need gas to get to the other shell I will purchase it at the buckys station just up the street about 1 mile. I encourage everyone to do the same."

"Slowest pumps in town! 10 minutes and only 5 gallons. It's been like this for years. They just got a face lift for the store but didn't do anything to fix the pumps. It's ridiculous!"

"I actually tried to leave with an unloaded gift card and was accused of stealing. My plan was to make a decision with the person who would purchase it and return. Will NEVER go there again!!!"
