"Store is good but the staff is worst, they disrespected a lot, and I would say the front desk white lady was a racist. So awful treatment. There’s always a way to say things to your customers, being rude is not the one. Get some better customer service"
"Drive up option is awful, tried to use it 3 times and ended up just cancelling and walking in myself. Not sure why it workers aren’t sent in order of arrival or how their system works, but sitting for over half an hour for less than 10 items while large orders from cars arriving less than 5 minutes prior are brought out is pretty ridiculous. the system is flawed and needs fixed. Store itself is fine but online drive up is NOT WORTH THE TIME. Only reason I’ve tried more than once was due to having a better price online, but I’d almost rather not. Waste of time and gas."
"The store was organized and clean. The majority of the employees were nice. There was one employee (Sarah) that was rude to my mother while doing a price match in the self checkout line. Sarah was very snippy, without reason, with her. A simple price match was handled with unnecessary (negative) attitude."
"Store is clean and in line but for the cost the experience is no better in terms of check out or customer service versus a Walmart. Four employees talking together for over five minutes while not manning registers, but the self checkout was open with fifteen deep customers in line. Not all that it's cracked up to be. Just save that 10% markup and go elsewhere"
"Target has a huge selection of electronics, groceries, clothing, home decor, kitchen accessories, books, music, athletic gear, and toiletries with a variety of different brands to choose from. The store has been around for a while and has never given me any trouble. The staff was helpful and most everything seemed to be organized and clean. This location has a super quick self checkout system that is simple to operate too! There is also a Starbuck's on site!"
