"I applied one of my digital deals onto my barcode and proceeded to check out. When she rang it up I noticed it did apply the buy one get one free. I showed her the deal on my phone, and she scanned my card and said the deal was invalid and I would have to call Loves directly. This is the 3rd time this happened at this location. The employees here are incredibly rude and the place is turning into a dump. I will take my business elsewhere!!"
"I stopped here to do my laundry and use the shower and I have been to many loves location’s and truck stops. However this Loves is by far the best one they care about us drivers. Clean store and Ms. Kim Fletcher was very helpful. Ricky keeps the showers very very clean. I pray both Kim and Ricky receive a pay raise."
"I am only giving this place a two star rating because it was clean and there was plenty of parking. However, customer service was terrible. Everyone working there had a poor and even rude attitude. Now they claim they are going to start monitoring the trucks out in the parking lot to see if you're actually staying in your truck or not. I will post a picture of the warning sign that's on the entrance. And the wendy's was a complete joke. The kid working behind the counter had ringworm all up-and-down his arm, and his manager or him could care less about greeting me when I walked in. Instead, I gotta head nod of "Whats up." I won't be stopping here again."
"Good location. Plenty of room to back into spots. Parking lot is overrun by bobtails and locals. There are some spots open during the daytime, but the parking lot doesn't clear out at any time of day like a normal truck stop. With the number of bobtails here I am guessing that there is a shipper or receiver nearby that requires you to drop your trailer."
