"There are lots of great people here. Just don't go into the store if your credit it debit card chip is cracked, they can't see even though it says to do so. The lady working either didn't know how to type the card in, or didn't want to, because I've never seen a system that won't allow that, or at least running three stripe after so many tries, either. I ordered a new card in August and the chip had already cracked due to the nature of my work and having to carry my card on me, and my schedule is crazy and I haven't been able to get to the bank to order another new one."

"The Pumps malfunctioned multiple time and said “see cashier”. The cashier said she is not trained about the pump and she is the only one left to handle the entire station with no supervision or expert to help her. Awful customer service. Good job SpeedMart / Shell!!! Will never come back here unless absolutely have to! (Which won’t happen)"

"I bought a car wash while I pumped gas. I then went to wash my car. The machine lights went black and I sat waiting in the car wash but nothing happened. I call the gas station and a female voice said she would be there in a moment to help me. Ten minutes later I gave up and went in to get a refund. The women said she couldn’t come help me because she was the only attendant working. She said people kept having problems with the car wash. I asked why they kept allowing people to buy washes and she said because the car wash works. Last time I will spend money at this establishment. Incompetent employees."
