"I pulled up for my online order and notified them i was there via app. Took only a few minutes for them to run out with it. A very friendly girl brought it to me neatly placed in a box. I will definitely order from Sam's again."
"I would like to thank Zach (store manager) for exceptional service. I had placed an order for pickup, and it was not ready in time due to circumstances that were not under the store's control (IT issues). I was not able to wait at the store and called Zach and explained my predicament. He was sincerely apologetic that they were unable to fulfill the order in time. He personally delivered the order to our house later the same day. That is going above and beyond, and I hope regional leadership takes notice and rewards him for his kindness and commendable customer service."
"I understand the holiday season being busy, but when you mostly have self-check stations and no one is willing to help you, your shopping experience goes down the drain fast. The fellow shoppers were friendly. The staff throughout the store was not. We asked one guy for help at the checkout, and he pointed to another lady to help. He did walk over to her and tap her on the shoulder and point to us. She ignored us and went the other way. When I finally flagged down someone else, she rolled her eyes, helped, and walked away without saying a word. The only friendly staff was the woman who checked our receipts on the way out the door. Awful customer experience. Will be sticking with Costco for bulk shopping."
"Fivestars for the Sam’s staff. But cafe definitely needs little more attention. It’s been several times; their foods are pretty much empty before 4pm. It’s not first time but so many times. They said they don’t have when ; cafe have more than two three hours before close. It’s very disappointing. Definitely needs work on that as well as staffing too."
"Had to wait in line for 20 minutes to get a New Membership. Then it took another 20 minutes to give them my information. The girl that was helping was trying to get through the process, but the computer would not accept all of the information. Through those coupons in the mail there was 50% off the membership. Was half price for the membership, then I applied for their credit card which had a $30.00 credit on it."
