"You make it all self check out then have trolls and pigs patrolling for receipts accusing people who spend their HARD EARNED money of stealing? You need to fix this issue. Never ever shopping here again."

"What can I say about Walmart? I’ve been working here “unofficially” for a few years now. I love pulling up to get my groceries and taking my own cart in. And the cashier is always friendly to me. Oh wait, I’m also the cashier. I love going there and interacting with my other employees as they’re checking out with their groceries also."

"Today was the very first time I can truly say Walmart employees were exceptional. I went in to buy something I saw on Amazon for three times more. The two employees helping me were exceptional. I was shocked because this was not the experience I'm use to. I usually shop elsewhere because of the lack of customer service and bad attitudes of employees who seem to be bothered by customers wanting help. I was absolutely amazed at the positive attitudes and kindness of the two Walmart employees who assisted me today. I couldn't wait to get home and write a review regarding the outstanding customer experience I had today. The one thing I do not like is to be stopped and asked to review my receipt. The cameras in the store should be able to see who is or isn't being honest. My trip today at Walmart was very nice."

"It's been a very long time since I been to this location and will definitely be the last time. Please have more available register I never felt so uncomfortable while checking out my items it was only me and another gentleman and to be stare down like a hawk is pathetic. I had to look around omg just crazy to me. I know some of y'all are doing your best to make ends meet we all are. But that right there Stare down and then there a line like Sam's club checking everyone receipt. Just bring the old method back we're people can communicate with the customer again."

"I would give this walmart a two out of five. The appearance of the store could be better. It would also help if they would have more registers open. One whole section of them was closed off. Also, the customer service section was extremely understaffed. I waited over thirty minutes to return something and there was only one person ahead of me. There were multiple staff that could have assisted but the only person who was working, was some poor disabled woman who was not receiving help from other team members. It was also extremely cluttered by the customer service department. See the attached pictures…..there was also significant clutter all over the store, again, see attached photos."
