"Beautiful, safe facility in the heart of downtown with breath taking views of Fremont. The building is locked with a doorbell camera with someone you can speak to. Lots of outdoor areas. Property management was attentive and amazing. I met with Micheal who was so friendly, gave me a detailed tour and all the information I needed to apply. Pet friendly as well."
"Looking forward to renting here! I am absolutely in love with the neighborhood and community. Michael, the property manager, is extremely passionate about everything the place has to offer, and the tenants. He went above and beyond with my tour and showed me how much the owners love to support small businesses and care about our community as well/ informing me about the community’s social functions and what-not. "Love this apartment complex. Studios are roomy, brand new, and so pretty. If you get south facing units, you can't beat the strip views! Favorite part about it is the ease of moving in and moving out. Tiffany and Michael are the best property managers I've ever had! They also have super cool and fun community events. I'll miss living there so much!"
