"ROOM: Very.. retro? Main room light has a wire from a very old looking switch to the light above. Pictures in the room gave a weird vibe. No fridge. Everything is bottled, so if you're a bar soap person, bring your own. Our room only had a shower, no tub. Good thing was we did get a great view from our room. SERVICE: Asked a worker to see if I could get more information or resources regarding the hotel ammendities and was ignored."

"Love this NON SMOKING property! We met THAIREN at the check-in desk. He was very helpful and got us a suite. The suite was nice (no view on 3rd floor) and made our stay even BETTER. The only part that wasn’t perfect was the maid forgot to restock our coffee on the last day. PRIMROSE was excellent with great food and great service. The total cost for breakfast for 2 was $70 with tip. The casino is nice but table minimums pushed us to slots. Once you go to PARK MGM, it’s hard to go to other smoke filled casinos. One would think other casino management would get a clue."

"Just got back from a five night stay with my wife. We thoroughly enjoyed everything this hotel has to offer. I like the fact that the casino is smoke free. Our room was very nice. Bed was comfortable and the staff was always accommodating. We did have some issues getting out of the parking garage and every time we called they graciously opened it and we're always willing to replace the key if need be. I would definitely recommend for anyone that's interested in staying on the strip. You're literally in the middle of everything."

"First, I like the non-smoking aspect of this hotel/casino. The check in process was quick and easy. The room's generous size was surprisingly, offering ample space to unwind and move around comfortably, a rare find in many hotels. The super comfortable bed provided a restful night's sleep. The vibrant red couch injected a pop of color into the space, adding both character and a sense of warmth. They became focal points, inviting relaxation and a cozy ambiance. In summary, this hotel room goes beyond the basics, combining cleanliness, comfort, and nice decor like the vibrant furniture..not to mention the free toothbrushes! Downside was the elevators took forever to arrive. I feel like a few elevators were not operational. I don’t like it when hotels place snacks/drinks for charge where it is super easy to knock over and get charged."
