"I have lived at this apartment for 6 years. I love my community. The people are friendly. I respect the others. Last 4 years ago, I didn't have a parking fee until now, I have parking fee because of the new policy and rules. I highly recommend that anyone else can move in here as soon as possible. Please talk to them directly at the leasing office for best options."

"My wife and I have lived here for a little over 4 years and we couldn't be happier. The neighbors are friendly, the staff and management are extremely nice and love answering any questions you may have but What I love most about this place is how safe and fun it is to call this place my home . When you step in the leasing office they have a dog bed and dog treats for your little fur babies lol my dog loves the treats . The gym , billiards pool table, shuffleboard , pool and jacuzzi are also a great addition to this place . If your looking for a cheap and reasonable apartment I highly recommend checking this place out . You won't be disappointed."

"Cynthia helped me from the very beginning. She gave me a wonderful tour which made me fall in love and ultimately decide to choose Ritiro as my new home. Cynthia answered all my questions and was sure to follow up with me when I left. I’ve been living here for a few days and I have no complaints so far. It’s a very clean quiet community and all staff I’ve encountered have been so friendly."

"Cynthia and DeAnn are wonderful in the front office. I don't live at Ritiro, however, I would have loved to. I was looking for an apartment and Cynthia was truly great. I love how she was straight up and honest with me. She knew out of the two units we toured which one I liked he most and went out of her way to see if an adjustment could be made to the unit for me. She even let me tour the unit again the next day for a second look. However, sadly I had found one that was closer to my job at a lower price, and since I am working on saving to pay off student loans to be officially out of debt...I sadly had to take to go with the other option closer to my job. However, Cynthia was beyond wonderful. If only everyone had her energy, spark and kindness. She truly seemed genuine and I felt like I could trust her and I wouldn't have hidden fees or any surprises. Definitely worth checking out. Wonderful community and the places are well kept and everyone I met seemed super friendly!"

"This place is a dump. I lived at Ritiro for about three years. I’ve been renting for decades and this one is the worst experience by far. Here are some highlights from my experience: They were not prepared on my move in day. The keys were not ready for me when I received them on moving day. The apartment was not properly cleaned. We had a draw full of take out menus. The work done on the apartment was definitely the “manager’s special”. Several issues were never addressed on move in day or after. I was surprised to learn hidden fees AFTER I moved in. If you consider this complex, I would ask about all fees such as community convenience fees, renewable energy, admin fees, etc. They will raise the rents higher than 5% and not even feel bad about it. They started passing additional charges to us such as to pay bill online and parking. They increased the pet rent which was unusual. Parking is a nightmare. They added that you have to self report, so if you have a spot that you pay for, you will have to call the tow company yourself. The grounds look terrible dead bushes everywhere, shopping charts, appliances, trash running outside the bins because there are not enough pick ups. Maintenance is awful, I spent two weeks during the summer without AC because they had two get “approval” from upper management to replace it. Never got a concession or anything. Dishwasher was installed wrong. We would go weeks without work orders being attendant to. When moving out, we took the time to clean our apartment, covered nail holes, etc. I asked for a copy of what needed to be inspected and was told to just clean. I requested to do a walk thru of the property but never got a phone call. They will take your whole deposit because this place is greedy."
