"Stay here beginning of March 24. We paid for upgraded room with balcony and view of fountains. First I liked that they allowed you to check in early and give you keys and they will then page you the room number when its ready. The room layout is nice and room was large. Maintenance really needs to be improved!!! Its bill (and you are charged) a 5 star price but the room shows its wear and tear. The food court has a weird layout and there are so few tables to sit at it seems they don't want you to sit there."

"I absolutely love this place! It's become one of my favorite spots to unwind and indulge in some gaming fun. The variety of games available is impressive, catering to every preference and skill level. And when hunger strikes, there's no shortage of fantastic dining options offering delicious cuisine to satisfy any craving. Plus, the clean and comfortable rooms provide the perfect retreat after a day of excitement. It truly offers the complete package for a memorable family getaway."

"This was our first visit at Cosmo. The overall hotel was nice, lighting, decor, restaurants, view from room, and very comfortable bedding, etc. However, our room and staffs handling of an issue was a disappointment. We arrived to dirty wash clothes hanging from the shower-head. There were what looked like beverage stains on the wall cabinet. The bathroom door was dirty from moisture that stained the door and went unclean. The shower stall window was leaking to a point it rusted. There was tape on the wall as if a guest taped balloons to the wall. The shower stall window was scratched and actually a bit see through. You could see a naked person silhouette. The refrigerator needed a good cleaning. It had brown stains inside. Housekeeping failed at cleaning. Staffing issue: we were awaken at 330 AM by the next door guests. Yelling, loud TV, and loud music. You could hear it through the wall and in the hallway. Security was called three times, no response from security. We called again requesting security come to our room first to hear the noise, no response from security. This went on for 7 hours. We left at 1030 AM and they were still at it. The most important part of vacation is the enjoyment and comfort of your lodging. This was a let down and I expected more, after reading all the great reviews."

"Always a blast at the Cosmo, super lively, so if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing hotel, probably not the right option for you. Marquee Day Club was open yesterday and we received complimentary access as a hotel guest. Chandelier bar is always amazing to see. Room was great, we were upgraded to a suite with a wraparound balcony and a fountain view, incredible. Only reason for 4 stars on the room was, AC didn’t get down to temp, carpets and couches were dirty (need to be replaced) and the rest of the room is just getting a bit worn. The view and the size of the room almost makes up for its age."
