"Rooms, hotel and casino were all clean and updated (we did pay a bit extra for recently remodeled rooms) helpful staff with a few late night food options a Starbucks is on property and it's with in walking distance to the monorail at the Sahara. For the price I would definitely stay here again. One of the main negatives was the daily parking fees and resort fees."

"1. I couldn't turn off the bathroom light under the mirror, and it kept me up all night during my entire stay. According to the front desk, it's a safety issue, so they had to keep the light on all the time. But how can I fall asleep if I can't rest well? No one was able to assist. 2. The sensor lights were constantly turning on and off throughout my entire stay while I was trying to sleep. I did not sleep well at all. 3. The insulation between rooms is poor. You can hear the other doors opening and closing, as well as people's conversations, especially in the morning. It's very loud. 4. The cleanliness of the elevators could be better. The attached picture shows how bright the bathroom light is (under the mirror). You can't turn it off."

"So we bought our room on price line for 4 nights 350 dollars then when we arrived they wanted another 400 dollars then when checking out they wanted another 182 dollars. The help was not friendly. Our room had the bare minimum no refrigerator no microwave. So 900 dollars to stay 4 nights. Its a long ways from the strip. You have to pay to park at the hotel another 20 dollars a day. So with everything over 1000 dollars just to lay your head down for 4 nights. I do not recommend this hotel. Find a hotel on the strip or by Fremont St. Also you can not control the air temp in the room stays around 74 the whole time. Will never stay here again. For the price I could have had a way nicer hotel and the hidden fees is insane. If I would have know this would have never stayed here. Recommend a different hotel. You also walk out the front door and marijuana smell hits you right in the face. People smoke right outside the front door."

"We stayed here three nights. The location was... colorful, would not recommend straying from the grounds alone at night. The hotel seems to be trying to find itself again, quite a bit of renovation going on, and the upper mall was sparsely occupied d with open shops. The themes of the mall area looked as of it was really fun in it's heyday, sad to see it so lightly occupied. We were there there at a time when the restaurants weren't open into the late evenings, which was rather disappointing in a city that literally had the reputation of never sleeping. On the positive side, the casino was clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. The room itself was serviceable, although we did have to call down for blankets. We did really enjoy the trip to the tower, the view was impressive, and worth the reduced price as a hotel guest. I think since we visited at a time when the upper pool bars weren't open yet, that we missed out on some of the more interesting features the hotel had to offer."

"Stayed there after Valentine's Day/Superbowl. We got a pretty good price for the room. We arrived there around midnight. I noticed immediately that the check-in process was slow. With about 30 people in line it took us around an hour to check in. When we arrived at the room we noticed that it would not cool down below 75° even when we set it as cool as it could get. There were also some cleanliness issues with the room. There was a half eaten donut still sitting on the bathroom counter and it looked like someone had poured salt into one of the drawers. The rest of the room was in good order. Overall the rest of the stay went fairly well. The casino floor was nicely maintained. It looks like many of the shops near the tower had closed up with only about half being in operation. Those shops that were still operating were clean and not run down."
