"I travel a lot and I would have given a five star if the front desk would have been friendly. It’s the face of the hotel. Check in AND check out person were horrible. Check out lady was the worst. I was unaware of checkout time when I got a call to my room at ten till noon which I figured was check out time. “When you checking out?” DAMN. Ma’am you don’t speak to me like that. Clearly customer service training was skipped. Time to go back to basics."

"Great hotel. Great breakfast especially. Had a minor issue with our room's TV not working, but after talking to the front desk this was fixed within 15 min. Water pressure in the room isn't great."

"This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed they don’t clean the sheets to the bed and the employees are really rude they don’t show no respect they scream at you they have no respect for the customer the only good things is that they actually switch the towels and throw the trash."

"I have been traveling for business for 9 years and have stayed here at the Creston Quality Inn many many times. I have always found the hotel to be very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The hotel staff are always extremely welcoming and accommodating. They always go above and beyond what their usual duties entail to make sure my stay is a pleasant one. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with nice soft beds and comfortable pillows. I have always found the hotel to be quiet and never hear any noise from outside or other hotel guests. I have always been extremely pleased with my stays here at the Quality Inn. This is for sure one of the Crown Jewels of the Choice Hotel brand. You will certainly find your stay here to be a great one. Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the Creston area."
