"They shouldn't be charging more then $50 per night tops. I was told $80 but it was lowered to $75. I should have checked the rooms before hand. The floors are either swelled up so badly the bathroom door won't open more than half way or they are spongy n feel like they are going to fall through. No phone no clock, no paperwork. The girl seemed nice and the grounds were neat & tidy but that was it for anythinggood. I couldn't even walk barefoot on the rug it was so dirty. Just a dumpy place...what a shame because it has so much potential."

"EXCEPT that the was lots of HOT & cold water I totally regret staying there. Locks on doors and windows were broken or didn't work at all. The guy who got me the key to the room had clothes on that looked like they hadn't been washed in weeks. I still decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. BAD BAD choice!"
"I stayed for a little over a month and it was very comfortable and pleasant. Lisa and her father were a pleasure and very helpful. They cleaned rooms daily and made sure to check on the guests if things were needed. No bed bugs, no drugs, no noise...Cody, I was 2 rooms away from you and our neighbor was never in his room as he works in the same company you do as well as my husband. There is nothing wrong with the room you stayed in as I recently moved into your room due to space. The only issue with your review is that you got caught with cats in your room which you were not paying a fee for and the only reason why I know about it is cause your wife was yelling outside when they explained the issue, which by the way it was very rude., Maybe that is the only issue about the hotel...thin walls."
"I stayed here due to a winter storm & not being able to travel home. I was VERY pleased with the hospitality of the owners & staff! The room itself was comfortable, clean, and had everything you could want/need. It was kind of a last minute stay, but they accommodated me with a smile! Great price & great management. Would recommend to anyone!"
