"We have tried going there 3 different times and each time it was closed. Once it was afternoon and twice was in the evening. This final time it was at 8:30 and the sign said open until 9 but the doors were locked and the employees inside just looked at us through the door. This has all been within the last month. We will not be going back."
"I was in Dollar Tree today. I do not know the names of the 2 gentlemen that were checking but 1 was in charge and 1 was new. Lines were long but they were humming along. The new guy had a problem. The guy in charge was so patient and kind. Reassured the employee, reassured the customer. It was handled so smoothly and professionally it hardly caused a hiccup. The guy in charge 100% understands how to encourage and train. It was nice to see."
