"I was in their second building setting up the meeting room for some people at my company. There is a front desk in the second building but no one works at it. There is no sign indicating that if you need assistance you will have to contact the front desk at the main building. Thankfully the house keeping staff was very helpful and took great care of me. I did eventually talk to someone at the main building and they were extremely helpful as well."
"Very minimal in all the wrong ways. A strong sense of hopelessness and despair hangs over the property. You can tell immediately, this is where dreams come to die. Good luck getting a room as a private entity, nearly every room is always booked by corporate lodging programs. May have better luck on Christmas. Got help you if this is how you choose to spend your Christmas."
"Rooms somewhat stained and worn. Two separate buildings not sure which is the better I'm in the lower. Thin walls and windows lots of outside noise. Tv has auto sound control not very loud and remote is a pain. Staff is accommodating and friendly. Looks like they may renovating somewhat. 2.5 stard."
"The employees were quite friendly and helpful. We were able to get an early check in for a wedding which was great! The only downfall so far that I've had is the fact that I am a previous smoker and you can smell the lingering smoke in the hallways."
"Overall the facility is nice and fairly well kept but it's the minor things you don't see. For starters, myself and five other coworkers in different rooms have bite s from bed bugs. Very common in hotels and very hard to completely exterminate but be forewarned."
