"Edit: You keep referring to me as homeless. Very rude and assumptioning untrue facts. I was complaining about you requiring a call in 24 hours when normally I would see your message in 24 hours. I wouldn’t book a room if I didn’t want it and couldn’t pay for it. REMEMBER YOU CANCELED IT NOT ME. ORIGINAL COMMENT: Read Reviews!!!! Owner sent email (straight to spam folder) and leaves message on voicemail (which I don’t always see with in 24 hours) stating I only have 24 hours to call back and confirm I’m still coming. I made reservations and got confirmation #. That should be the end of the process. It is on me to show up. When you argue about this policy he cancel reservation even when you say no. Better not see charge on card for a reservation HE CANCELED WITHOUT MY OK. I will fight it. Edit: See owner responses to bad reviews. Very rude owner. If you give bad feedback. He cancels reservations even though you say no the threatens to charge you comments on feedback and calls you homeless. I shouldn’t have to reconfirm after getting confirmation email that I made reservations. True business owner would take bad feed back and grow. Not insult people like this guy does."

"Clean, spacious room. The refrigerator and microwave worked, and were clean as well. The beds are comfortable and not so high up you need a step stool to get into. With smaller children, it's hard to find beds that are “safe” for them. These were perfect. Plenty of parking and basic breakfast is available. Thanks for a safe night’s rest."

"Outstanding family run property. Clean and quiet room, friendly service, comfortable beds and pillows, fridge and microwave in the room work well, nice shower and water pressure, good a.c., and walking distance to food and shopping. They were very helpful with an early check-in and also extending my stay when my train was delayed. Breakfast is very basic but it's better than nothing. I highly recommend this property."

"I booked a room at this hotel 24 hrs before I planned on staying in town. That next morning I was not feeling well, so I tried to cancel the room. The mgr would not refund my money due to I didn't cancel within 48 hrs of my reservation. He did offer me another option of staying another night, but, it had to be within 10 days of the original reservation date. With my occupation, I could not stay there within the 10 day limit. I asked for a later date and the mgr would not work with me. So I paid for a room that I did not stay in. I'm currently working with my bank to dispute the charges. But, on a good note, I've stayed here before and the rooms were very clean and comfortable."
