"After practicing in Northern California for more than five years, I have finally found a studio here in Sioux Falls that represents the spirit of a true yoga practice. Too many studios/classes in Sioux Falls allow students to practice poor form in favor of quickly changing positions as if yoga is supposed to be a fast-paced workout. Even Bikram allows for the practice and development of postures that seems lost on studios here in Sioux Falls. It doesn't help to continually practice poor form and posture, and it's a disservice that too many studios here allow this to go on. Kosha isn't like that. Kosha provides a supportive, pure, and instructive studio with amazing teachers (like Maria!). I cannot recommend this studio enough."

"The yoga studio has a modern feel, is conveniently located in the east side of the city and the teacher (Jeff) has a relaxing voice. Options are given for positions to accommodate all bodies. I felt comfortable at all times with this teacher. Very respectful and helpful."
