"New management is dragging things down. Never had any complaints when Marisol was the manager. Although Jada is great, the new manager seems like an idiot though. They like to post eviction notices on your door for everyone to see (happened to several neighbors). Then today, at 8am they sent an email about a fire inspection TODAY. They entered our apartment while we were asleep! Stating that it's in our lease that they can give us less than 24 hours and then enter your apartment. What a start to the morning, can't wait to move out of here. Also, they didn't give us our renewal rate for end of December until November. With that the added internet to the mandatory cable package, when I told them we have free internet through Cox, they offered to keep our rent the same to offset the cost which is reasonable. However, they came back with an offer where we only go 3 months free internet/cable. But we would then have to pay for a service that we already get for free- both through Cox. Oh yeah, and they deleted all the old negative reviews"
