The team was efficient, professional, and got the job done quickly without causing any disruption to my daily routine. The new unit is working perfectly and I no longer have to worry about cold showers or inconsistent water temperature. "One star to this apartment it's too much ... no correlation between the pictures and the apartment website ... very bad maintenance, loud most of time, group of kids scream behind your window every day ... hard to sleep you hear the pigeons inside the attic ... the place is not clean and the walkways its filthy... your car it's not safe at the parking lot ... have no security like normal apartments ... the management do not care about living... I moved to this apartment on 1 /31 /24 and already consider moving out. DO YOUR SELF FAVOR AND KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THIS IS NOT WORTH IT ..."

"This property is over charging people to move here how is there an application fee on top of an administration fee(with no real or sensible reason as to why we're getting charge this fee, saying it's for back ground checks and paper work as well as to hold the apartment, but isn't that what the application fee is for!?!)and it's none refundable nor does it go towards your deposit to move in??? Just charging for anything to get more money! Ridiculous!"
