"I am so frustrated at this point. I have been here for almost 4 years with no late payments, rent on time. They don’t accept walk-ins. Ok that fine. It’s also hard to get through to make an appointment! I have made numerous text to the number they provided. Yet , I can’t get a reply! I’ve never had this many issues with any property that I’ve resided at in my life. Not to include my car has been vandalized for the third time yesterday, this time they broke my window. I advise the Pm and she sarcastically states “we’re not law enforcement “. That’s obvious. I’ve made numerous police reports it it doesn’t matter, test they charge their own tenants for parking. I will not be renewing my lease, and it’s sad that it had to come to this! Think twice if you want to move here."
"if i can give it ZERO STARS i will. these apartments are nice but ROACH INFESTED. nothing helps . i had to hire a private exterminator out of pocket to try to get rid of german roaches . everything is “ renovated “ but easily falls apart . rent is HIGH every month its a different price . DO MOT RENT HERE PLEASE!"
"I'm writing this review out of sheer frustration. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the leasing office does not allow walk-ins, which is understandable. It can be tough to get an appointment in since your messages will go unanswered due to "high traffic" but after a couple messages you'll be able to make an appointment. My issue lies with the way packages are handled here. We never received notification of packages being turned away because the name doesn't match exactly what's on the lease even though you can prove they're yours. I have a 2 year old CHILD who received a package in his name and I'm being told everyone who lives in the unit must be on the lease... I'm having a hard time understanding how a TWO YEAR OLD CHILD needs to be listed on our lease or else I won't be able to receive his packages. The issue with this is sometimes he will receive packages in his name due to that being the name on his health insurance so now I can't receive any potential medication, etc. he might need. When I renewed my lease, I had written agreement that my partner would be added to my lease as he was in the previous lease here in this same complex. I was told after I signed he would be added to make it easier for the office and I agreed because, in my head, if they said they were going to do it, they would. Now, it turns out he was never added so I can't even receive his packages. I posted proof that I was told he would be added, but never was and them telling me I need to add a literal baby to my lease as well but I digress. It's just unfortunate that these rules are made and no one is aware of them because no notification is sent to the tenants. I had hope that once the owners and management changed that this complex would be better which is the reason we decided to renew our lease here. Yes, they have been fixing it up and making it look prettier, but the root of the issues is still there. I have spoken to my neighbors and a lot of them are also unhappy but I can only speak for myself and I can say I will not be renewing my upcoming lease. I'm paying $1.5k for subpar service when I used to pay the same amount if not a little more for better in a way better neighborhood."
"I just have to give a shout out to Mimi, Tye, and Isabel these ladies go above in beyond in what they do. As a first time apartment renter, they’ve been nothing but helpful. They make you feel welcomed, and help you through the whole process. Even when you have to ask three time just to get a better understanding for yourself, they’re so kind. I’m proud to call this community my new home! If I can, I’d give them 10 stars. Continue to do what you do ladies, you guys are amazing and so kind and generous."
"I don't recommend this building. I moved in on December 1st. I met with Mimi in the leasing office. After giving me my key fob, she told me that more tenants were arriving and once they got their keys the gates would close. It didn't take a week for me to discover that both of the security gates are broken on the property. So being lied to definitely rubbed me the wrong way because I had already provided first month's rent and deposit. 3 weeks into living here, the dumpsters get ravaged by random transients who trespass on to the property. I don't know why but they take the trash out of the dumpsters and throw it onto the ground to go through the bin in its entirety. There has also been cars broken into as well as first floor apartments. The building swears they are not responsible but they also do not fix the gates. If that wasn't enough my first few days in the apartment weren't too peaceful because of the issues. None of the outlets in my kitchen worked, I had no hot water when I moved in for some reason. I feel like the unit wasn't inspected thoroughly before I moved in. Today my water was randomly off for an hour. I put in a maintenance request again and waited. Then I eventually get a text saying that Clark County turned off the water. When I asked why I couldn't be notified earlier they said they notified me as soon as they found out. Like I said my water was off for an hour before I put in the maintenance request when I got home. Maintenance is definitely sweet, probably the best part of the building because they come when you put in your request. But I feel like the integrity and morale of the leasing office could improve. With all the building fees that are associated with the rent, I feel like they could definitely do a lot more to consider the current residents."
